You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnose complex systems, supervise junior technicians, and support AOG responses while complying with SACAA regulations.

A valid AME license and 5+ years hands‑on experience are required, with flexibility for weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting turboprop and jet aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of SACAA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering orders.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft types per manufacturer specs and procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout maintenance processes.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and engineering orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in digital and paper systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians; provide technical guidance.
• Participate in AOG support with rapid response and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols.
