Job summary

Ovations Technologies is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design, prototype and deploy next‑generation analytic engines for a 12‑month contract in the banking sector. You will operationalise models, develop AI apps and agents, and build scalable AI platforms on Databricks and AKS.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, compliant solutions and drive performance and cost optimisation in production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and maintaining production ML/AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, testing and governance.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL and API development.

Responsibilities

• Productionise, deploy and monitor ML models and data pipelines on Databricks.
• Build and support AI Agents, GenAI apps and RAG solutions on Databricks.
• Develop reusable ML pipelines with CI/CD and observability.
• Deploy ML solutions on AKS and manage containerised APIs.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionise prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise performance.
