Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning.
• Proven experience in building and deploying deep learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid understanding of various neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working within a hybrid work model is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, train, and deploy deep learning models for various applications (e.g., computer vision, natural language processing).
• Implement and optimize neural network architectures using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for model training.
• Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in deep learning and AI.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy for AI/ML initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI/ML solutions.
