Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Data Engineer to enhance data infrastructure in Upington. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lakes to support AI/ML projects.

Collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers, you will ensure data quality, governance, and fast access, using Spark/Hadoop, SQL, Python or Scala, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience with AI/ML support.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or Scala.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for AI workflows.
