Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. with AI ethics focus
• Minimum 5 years in AI ethics, responsible AI, governance, or related field
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies and societal implications; risk and compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI ethics policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects.
• Advise product and engineering teams on responsible AI practices (FAT).
• Monitor compliance with regulations and standards related to AI.
• Create training materials and run workshops on AI ethics.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and engineering teams to align ethics with business.
• Stay updated on AI ethics research and regulatory developments globally.
