Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, data governance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their societal implications.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and AI policy landscapes.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI governance policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects, identifying potential biases and fairness issues.
Advise development teams on incorporating ethical considerations into the AI lifecycle.
