Placements24 is seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Predictive Analytics to join our team in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead end-to-end development and deployment of predictive models, working with diverse datasets to extract actionable insights and forecast trends that drive client success.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying predictive models.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Expertise in various predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, time series analysis, classification, ensemble methods).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data/ML services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles is beneficial.
