Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a ML Engineer or Data Scientist with a strong engineering focus.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (Pandas, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
