Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of deep learning models for various applications, including but not limited to, computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Design and build robust, scalable machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize deep learning models for performance, efficiency, and scalability on diverse hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of deep learning research, identifying and integrating novel techniques and frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical direction and best practices within the AI team.
• Write high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure the robustness and scalability of AI systems.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a significant focus on deep learning.
• Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation, regularization, and optimization techniques.
