WON is seeking a senior digital designer to lead high-conversion experiences across the customer journey, blending premium design with AI-native workflows. You will own end-to-end design from acquisition to checkout, contributing to scalable design systems and automating asset generation.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
Premium, modern portfolio; not template-driven.
Mastery in Figma.
Strong typography instincts.
Taste with accountability and impact.
Familiarity with AI design tools like Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsibilities

Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
Design the full customer journey: acquisition flows, onboarding, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout.
Design growth creative: paid social landing pages, quiz flows, bundles and upsell.
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale across brands.
Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time.
Continuously evaluate workflow and flag what should be turned into repeatable systems.
Present work with conviction, backed by data, session replays and VOC.
