Qualifications

• Agricultural degree or diploma is essential.
• Experience in agronomy or agricultural roles.
• Experience conducting field trials in real-world settings.
• Strong technical and agricultural aptitude.
• Field-oriented approach to agronomy and practical problem solving.
• Confident communicator with farmers and technical stakeholders.
• Heavy vehicle licence is advantageous; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and conduct field trials from planting to harvest.
• Process and interpret trial results using statistical methods.
• Provide technical guidance on allocated product ranges.
• Assist with evaluation and introduction of new products.
• Support product launches from a technical and agronomic perspective.
• Build relationships with farmers, study groups and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations at farmers’ days and study groups.
• Maintain accurate trial information and documentation.
• Travel to trial sites, farmers and other locations as required.
