Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new agricultural technologies, equipment, and methodologies.
• Provide expert agronomic advice and training to farmers, farm managers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze agricultural data (yield, weather, soil data) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with research and development teams on field trials and new product development.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable farming practices.
• Prepare regular reports on crop performance, soil conditions, and recommended actions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy, plant science, and agricultural technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, crop management, or a similar agricultural role.
• Proven track record in improving crop yields and soil health through practical application of agronomic principles.
• Strong understanding of soil science, plant physiology, crop nutrition, and pest/disease management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex agricultural data.
• Experience with agricultural software and precision farming technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
