• 7+ years of progressive experience in agronomy with a strong focus on crop production and management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful crop optimization strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of South African agricultural practices, soil types, and common crop varieties.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using relevant software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Gauteng province.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive crop management plans tailored to specific client needs and local conditions in the Midrand region and surrounding areas.
• Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient deficiencies and recommend appropriate fertilization strategies.
