Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in agronomy and crop consulting.
• Deep understanding of plant physiology, soil chemistry, and integrated pest management.
• Proficiency in farm management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient deficiencies and recommend fertilization strategies.
• Develop and implement crop management plans including seeding, irrigation, pest, and disease control measures.
