Senior Agile Project Manager (Enterprise Data Services)

We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager to champion the execution of Enterprise Data Services (EDS)projects, helping to embed a data-first mindset across the organisation. Youll work at the intersection of agile delivery, enterprise data platforms, and regulatory compliance, ensuring our business decisions are driven by accurate, secure, and actionable data.

What You'll Be Driving

• Deliver strategic EDS projects spanning data platforms, metadata management, data integration, governance, analytics enablement, and more.
• Lead multiple agile squads and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Governance, Compliance, Business Units, and Analytics teams to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Champion Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid) to enhance velocity, transparency, and team performance.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets in a high-paced, enterprise environment.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the EDS function and broader project delivery ecosystem.

What You Bring

• 8+ years experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise data or data platform projects.
• Expert understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban (and experience tailoring them to suit delivery needs).
• Banking or financial servicesindustry experience highly preferred understanding of regulatory, security, and governance requirements is key.
• Technical fluency in data architecture concepts: data integration, metadata, MDM, governance, and cloud-based ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Agile / Scrum certifications(Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) highly desirable.
• PMP or PRINCE2certification is a strong plus.
