Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems design, integration, and testing.
• Proven expertise in systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, V&V, and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, flight mechanics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in relevant simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB/Simulink, CATIA, ANSYS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of advanced aerospace systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Integrate subsystems such as avionics, propulsion, and structural components for seamless operation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of system designs and resolve performance anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
