Eskom in Sunninghill, Gauteng, is seeking a Senior Advisor Procurement Business Intelligence X2 to provide BI-driven insights for Procurement & Supply Chain Management in the energy sector.

The role requires a 5-year track record as a Senior BI Analyst, plus a B Degree/B Tech or related NQF7 qualification. It is a permanent, on-site position with responsibilities spanning market research, benchmarking and threat identification through BI analysis.

About the Role

To provide Procurement & Supply Chain Management (P&SCM), through the Business Intelligence section with business and data analysis in terms of market research, benchmarking, competitor identification screening analysis, threats and identification analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and due diligence within the energy sector - Analyse threats, opportunities and potential markets - Identify and analyse opportunities for Procurement & Supply Chain Mngmt (P&SCM) - Planning of knowledge management with Business Intelligence - Performs customer/stakeholder management - Provide direction, policy & assurance for analytical intensive functions

Qualifications and Experience

• B Degree/B Tech Commerce/Social Science/Engineering/Business Management at NQF 7 with 360 Credits Related Experience : - 5 years’ Successful track record at Senior Business Intelligence Analyst level, preferable in the Energy sector
