• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits.
• 5 years planning and scheduling/project management experience.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), outage planning and scheduling, and Koeberg processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning and scheduling for outages and online plant activities across all stages of the project life cycle.

Introduction

Position: Senior Advisor Planning and Scheduling x5, Position/Task Grade: G15, Area of specialization: To provide an effective planning and scheduling advisory and support service to ensure the project is well planned and scheduled for timely completion. Department: Work Management (Koeberg Power Station).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project (outage and on-line plant activities) planning and scheduling throughout all stages of the project life cycle.
• Perform project (outage and on-line plant activities) execution and progress planning and scheduling.
• Manage the master schedule and database.
• Coordinate the updating of plans and report on progress.
• Mentor and coach new planners and schedulers.
• Comply with Eskom and site relevant governance, safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements.
