Purpose Of The Job

Responsible for key performance areas aligned with the operation of a portfolio of funds, including financial management, client service, and operational effectiveness. Tasks must be completed accurately within set timeframes, maintaining high service standards and building strong relationships with internal and external clients. Upholding the image of Alexander Forbes through prompt and polite service is essential.

Education
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Successfully passed the AF and branch tests/assessments
  • Studying towards or achieved a retirement fund qualification or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in retirement funds and employee benefits, including managing end-to-end claims processing.

Fund Administration
  • Monthly contribution reconciliations, member data maintenance, reporting, claims processing, and related administrative tasks

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and members
