Requirements:

  • Matriculated
  • Fully bilingual – verbal and written (Afrikaans and English)
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Legal background highly advantageous

Key Performance Areas:

  • Attending to clients who visit the office
  • Liaise with Advisors to ensure files are in order
  • Attend to invoices and follow up on payments
  • Attend to correspondence with all relevant stakeholders
  • Draft disciplinary documentation
  • Schedule appointments
  • Prepare documentation for visitors
  • Attend to the purchasing of items required for the office
  • General administrative duties
  • Filing
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assistance with all admin related tasks for the Director
  • Attend to deliveries if and when required
  • Answering all telephone calls and assist customer visiting the office
  • Assist with general management of the office on a day to day basis
