Job summary

Jobtailor in Johannesburg seeks a Senior Actuary to lead protection product development and pricing initiatives. Qualifications

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary.
• 6+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance or protection products.
• Experience in product development, pricing and/or experience investigations.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and profitability drivers.
• IFRS 17 knowledge will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL or Python experience will be advantageous.
