Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and product development initiatives across multiple portfolios.
• Conduct pricing reviews and recommend strategies to improve profitability and sustainability.
• Assess and evaluate new business opportunities and product offerings.
• Review actuarial work and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop innovative risk and insurance solutions.
• Investigate experience trends and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Support financial performance monitoring and actuarial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
