Role Purpose:

Perform specialist actuarial modelling within a specific business context to provide inputs and insights into decision-making that supports product management.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years actuarial experience within the financial services industry
2. Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistical Analysis, or Mathematics
3. Specific licensing or registration as an Actuarial student
4. Microsoft Excel, VB scripting, SQL (where applicable)
5. Product knowledge, Solvency Assessment and Management knowledge, including ORSA requirements, Asset and Liability Management knowledge
6. Knowledge of Capital Modelling

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver innovative sales training content tailored to departmental and business objectives.
2. Build a repository of dynamic sales materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops that support a range of learning styles.
3. Regularly update content to reflect industry trends, campaign needs, and best practices.
4. Deliver high-impact sales training sessions to improve knowledge techniques and customer engagement strategies.
5. Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to enhance individual and team performance.
6. Utilize proven coaching methodologies such as GROW to foster skill development and unlock colleague potential.
7. Set and track SMART goals, ensuring continuous improvement against key sales metrics.
8. Provide actionable feedback, leveraging performance data to identify growth opportunities.
9. Analyze and interpret sales performance data to identify gaps and tailor interventions accordingly.
10. Collaborate with leadership to align coaching and training initiatives with strategic objectives.
11. Act as a performance champion, ensuring colleagues meet and exceed commercial and efficiency targets.
12. Partner with management to ensure alignment on sales strategies and training priorities.
13. Share best practices and maintain a library of high-quality, scalable sales training materials.
14. Stay informed about market trends and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge strategies into sales coaching and training.
