Requirements

1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
3. 3-5 years’ experience supervising or managing a team of bookkeepers in an accounting firm environment
4. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Email/Internet; advanced MS Excel skills are essential
5. 1-3 years’ experience with Xero or other cloud-based accounting platforms

Responsibilities

1. Monitor task timelines to ensure management account packs are received for review
2. Assist accounting staff with queries
3. Analyze management accounts with the financial manager and present findings to retailers
