UpMan Placements is seeking a diligent finance professional to manage daily cash flows, payables and receivables, and maintain robust accounting records. The role supports financial reporting and audits, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely processing of payments, including imports.

The ideal candidate holds CMA qualification and a valid passport, enabling cross-border requirements. This full-time position is based in South Africa and offers exposure to comprehensive financial operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA qualification (mandatory).
• Passport (mandatory) for eligibility and verification.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and cash book maintenance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Maintain double-entry accounting records and prepare trial balances.
• Record raw material purchases and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and reconcile debtors and creditors.
• Process local and import payments, including outward remittances.
• Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in financial reporting and audit-related activities.
