Senior Accountant

Job Purpose

• Manage all accounting tasks in the ERP system, including transfers from Sales/Direct & Indirect procurement modules to Accounting, depreciation calculations, and manual entries.
• Register invoices in the Indirect procurement module.
• Handle VAT control, other taxes, and filing.
• Support statutory audits and address all audit-related requests from third parties.

Principal Accountabilities

• Utilize Palladium system and extract relevant information.
• Post incoming invoices.
• Revise and ensure compliance with policies.
• Create indirect suppliers in ERP.
• Manage VAT control processes.
• Oversee management of payables and payment processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.

• Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Basic safety training.

Experience:

• More than 3-5 years of experience in accounting positions.
