Oversee and manage accounting operations within the company.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Manage Systems and provide support and solutions on reporting Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting : Maintain and oversee bookkeeping to Balance Sheet.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.

Ensure accuracy and compliance adhered to Cost and Inventory Management : Develop and implement effective inventory management controls and procedures.

Conduct regular cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.

Cash Management : Manage cash flow and develop cash forecasts.

Ensure efficient use of financial resources and maintain liquidity.

Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Compliance and Internal Controls : Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings.

Team Leadership and Collaboration : Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.

Assist the Financial Director with special projects and reports as needed.

Job Requirements : Education : Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional qualification (e.g., CGMA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.

Experience : Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Technical Skills : Proficient in accounting software (Pastel Evolution is an advantage).
