Hiring Senior Accountant / Financial Controller

R 500 000 CTC to R 600 000 CTC Per Annum

If you are an ambitious Accountant looking to grow into a Financial Controller role before the end of this year, then read on. An international telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Accountant. You will become part of top management, eventually reporting directly to the General Manager. Improvement on ERP systems will form part of your role.

Duties:

• Maintain accurate and complete general ledger accounts
• Ensure timely and precise reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage fixed assets, provisions, accruals, and forex revaluations
• Lead annual financial statements preparation and audits
• Implementation and development of all internal control requirements as per Group standards

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting degree
• Studying towards a Post Graduate Qualification

Experience:

• 3 years’ post Article experience as a Financial Accountant
• Completed Articles
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)
