Job description

A manufacturing concern with multiple entities is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant. This role demands a dedicated professional who has gained solid commercial experience after completing articles. The ideal candidate is not afraid to put in extra hours when needed and aspires to become the go-to individual in the finance team. Experience with SAGE will be highly advantageous.

The responsibilities include:

1. Compliance reporting
2. Preparing for audits
3. Assisting with financial due diligence
4. Supporting adhoc acquisitions
5. Intercompany reconciliation
6. VAT and PAYE compliance
7. SARS compliance
8. Monthly and quarterly reporting
9. Variance analysis

Qualifications & Experience:

• Finance Degree / Honours Degree
• Required Experience: Senior IC
