We’re hiring for a driven Senior Account Manager to help grow our client base and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, relationship-building experience, and strong understanding of optimal sales & client workflows to support the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
Department Leadership & Strategy Development
- Play a key leadership role in shaping the vision, structure, and operational strategy of the Account Management department.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and scalability across accounts.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, client retention, and service excellence.
- Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performing account management team through coaching and process enablement.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align department objectives with broader business goals
Sales & Lead Generation
Act as the first point of contact for new business leadsConduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachQualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makersBuild and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industriesCollaborate with leadership to refine and execute outreach strategiesAccount Management & Client Service
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accountsEnsure client satisfaction through timely updates, follow-ups, and service improvementsUnderstand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignmentManage contracts, renewals, and performance check-insAddress and resolve any service issues quickly and professionallyInternal Collaboration
Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvementsParticipate in weekly team meetings and performance reviewsHelp develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as neededRequirements
3+ years in a sales, client success, or account management role—preferably in recruiting, staffing, or a service-based industryProven experience working with U.S.-based clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with cold calling and lead generationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workloadTech-savvy; familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and virtual communication toolsSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and strong work ethicAble to work independently and align with U.S. time zonesNice to Have
Previous experience in a headhunting, recruiting, or staffing agencyUnderstanding of hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment metricsExperience using tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Benefits
