Job Description -

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should possess strong communication skills, be focused, and able to think critically when making plans. Demonstrated ability to execute strategies effectively is essential.

About the Role - IT Business Development:

  • Client Engagement & New Business Development/Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients by signing Master Services Agreement (MSA)/Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) to enable Indsafri to perform business/project transactions with clients.
  • Account Management & Revenue Realization: Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients, drive and ensure successful contract negotiations, and close business deals.
  • Support directors in various initiatives.
  • Research prospective accounts, develop growth strategies, and increase the client base.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Draft and review business proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Report on successes and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  • Pursue leads through the sales cycle.
  • Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Support new business pipeline development in consultation with Directors.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility within the organization and with the Board of Directors.
  • Measure company performance in terms of revenue, cost, and productivity; benchmark KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Mentor staff at all levels to foster growth and development.
