About the role
- Engage and partner with customers at the Executive level. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities, aligning with organizational objectives and sales targets.
- Recognize and assess customers' key business drivers and challenges.
- Quantify and articulate costs and benefits of investments in strategic IT solutions.
- Develop credibility that positions Orange Business to collaborate on constructing customer business cases.
- Ability to develop TCO and risk assessment documentation to support solution investment and quantify bottom-line ROI.
- Produce high-quality written materials: proposals, business cases, organizational plans, presentations, etc., conveying complex analysis and arguments concisely.
- Work closely with pre-sales, customer engagement, product development, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure full attention to customers’ needs.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling and relationship management within multinational companies.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of ICT solutions including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data, and AI.
- Proven track record in selling high-value services (2-3 years experience or equivalent) in B2B.
- Background in business consulting, process analysis, design and improvement, and development of technology-based business solutions.
- Understanding of the industry sector that the customer is in, and associated strategies and business challenges.
- Identification and development of key partners and vendor relationships to maximize Orange Business’s ability to provide total integrated solutions.
- Broad interest in how technology-driven solutions translate into customer strategy.
- Act as a trusted partner for your customer through consultative selling and storytelling.
- Able to define and execute a strong strategy and account plan.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
