Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT sales, software solutions, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Management & Relationship Building :
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients' digital transformation goals.
- Lead account expansion strategies, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing business.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to effectively position solutions.
- Stay updated on technology trends in cloud, automation, and digital transformation.
- Conduct ROI analysis and present business cases to clients.
Operational & CRM Management :
- Analyze customer insights and generate reports to inform business decisions.
- Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and software adoption.
Requirements
- Experience : 5+ years in IT sales, account management, or consulting.
- Proven success in enterprise B2B sales and strategic account growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft), automation (UiPath, Nintex), and IT consulting services.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Existing client network to leverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
