Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT sales, software solutions, and strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enterprise Account Management & Relationship Building :
  2. Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients' digital transformation goals.
  4. Lead account expansion strategies, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  5. Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to meet revenue targets.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key decision-makers.
  7. Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing business.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to effectively position solutions.
  9. Stay updated on technology trends in cloud, automation, and digital transformation.
  10. Conduct ROI analysis and present business cases to clients.

Operational & CRM Management :

  1. Analyze customer insights and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  2. Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and software adoption.
Requirements
  • Experience : 5+ years in IT sales, account management, or consulting.
  • Proven success in enterprise B2B sales and strategic account growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft), automation (UiPath, Nintex), and IT consulting services.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Existing client network to leverage.
