Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT sales, software solutions, and strategic account growth. The ideal candidate will manage high-value client accounts, drive revenue growth, and position our company as a trusted IT consulting partner. This role requires strategic thinking, sales expertise, and deep knowledge of cloud computing, automation, and IT consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Account Management & Relationship Building: Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients' digital transformation goals. Lead account expansion strategies, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation: Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to meet revenue targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing business. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to effectively position solutions.
  3. Industry Expertise & Consultative Selling: Stay updated on technology trends in cloud, code, automation, and digital transformation. Conduct ROI analysis and present business cases to clients.
  4. Operational & CRM Management: Maintain detailed client data in Bitrix24. Analyze customer insights and generate reports to inform business decisions. Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and software adoption.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5+ years in IT sales, account management, or consulting.
  2. Track Record: Proven success in enterprise-level B2B sales and strategic account growth.
  3. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Stakeholder Experience: Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft), automation (UiPath, Nintex), and IT consulting services.
  6. Sales Cycle Management: Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Network: A proven existing client network to leverage.

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
