A printing company that strives to be the best in everything it does is seeking an integral and proactive senior member of the account management department to provide first-class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts.

This company is passionate about listening to every client's story, challenges, and vision to come up with tailor-made ideas and promising recommendations.

The successful candidate will ensure contracts perform within the agreed SLAs; provide support and guidance to customers to ensure that projects run smoothly from the development of the initial concept, mapping timelines, managing budgets, through to the delivery of the end product.

Your strong understanding of print, coupled with demonstrable commercial acumen, will allow you to make informed decisions based on cost and quality of the product/service required.

As the first point of contact for escalation of any issues within your account team, exceptional listening and communication skills are fundamental. Being a confident communicator will be key to proactively developing and growing your customer account by thoroughly understanding your customers’ needs and ensuring they are met, including those detailed within the SLAs.
