Your Role at impact.com :

Overview : SPOT is impact.com’s contextual advertising service that places retail product listings within relevant commerce content articles, such as Buzzfeed Shopping or CNN Underscored. It enables brands to reach high-intent shopping audiences at scale by inserting product ads into shopping and review articles. We seek an experienced Account Manager to oversee and coordinate our brands in the USA and UK, supported by a Senior Campaign Manager and account coordinators.

Our ad network features sponsored product listings for high-profile advertisers on platforms like CNN, NY Post, and Buzzfeed.

Key Objective : The Senior Account Manager will serve as the main contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring campaigns meet or exceed expectations.

What You'll Do :

Advertiser Strategy and Execution

  • Liaise with advertisers to develop an internal sales brief outlining campaign goals and content requirements.
  • Plan campaigns based on the sales brief, considering objectives, style, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the team to design and source campaign assets such as images, copy, and tracking links.
  • Manage and develop a team of campaign managers responsible for campaign design and optimization.
  • Oversee daily campaign performance, monitoring key metrics like spend, CTR, sales/ROAS, SKU performance, and remaining budget.
  • Identify campaigns needing creative refreshes based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor campaigns across publishers, revenue, impressions, CTR, and revenue, flagging any issues.

What You Have :

  • Proven experience with paid media platforms such as Meta, programmatic, and search.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, including technology, models, and metrics.
  • Understanding of tracking technology, attribution, and conversion performance.
  • Ability to manage a team of 5 or more people.
  • At least 5 years of media and campaign management experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and retail brands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze platforms, technology, and data for optimization.
