Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches. Remote-friendly role requiring strong written communication and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar

What You Will Own

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
