Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR you will source and research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences to generate discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to manage your own pipeline, test messaging, and maintain clean records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
