Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This is remote work with a focus on thoughtful outbound outreach using modern tools. You should bring 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
