Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified meetings to fuel the sales team.

You will execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continually test messaging to improve targeting. Remote work from SA with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
