Base pay range: $54,000 - $66,000 / yr

Location: Remote – EST Working Hours

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly within high-growth, US-based venture-backed companies.

This role involves full-cycle sales—from initial prospecting to deal close—requiring someone who excels in dynamic startup environments, can develop and close pipeline effectively, and navigate complex sales processes with large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the complete sales process: prospecting, discovery, product demonstration, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  2. Sell multi-year, multi-seat contracts to large enterprise customers across various industries.
  3. Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in marketing, data, and procurement departments.
  4. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve sales strategies.
  6. Utilize Gong.io to analyze sales calls, refine messaging, and share learnings.
  7. Contribute to developing sales strategies and go-to-market positioning as an early team member.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience as an Account Executive at a US-based, venture-funded SaaS company.
  • Proven success selling enterprise software to large organizations, closing multi-seat, multi-year agreements.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract execution.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
  • Understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, including advertising solutions, ad performance analytics, or data platforms supporting media buying.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at an early-stage company contributing to building the sales playbook.
  • Success selling into marketing, analytics, or data science departments.
  • History of closing contracts valued at $K+ ARR.

Compensation Range: $54K - $66K
