Job Overview :

As a Senior Salesperson specializing in solution sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by selling our Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Management Platform solutions to prospective clients across Sub Saharan Africa.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with organizations seeking to optimize their field service operations and streamline service management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your industry knowledge and network to identify and qualify potential clients who would benefit from our FSM and Service Management Platform solutions. Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their specific requirements and deliver maximum value.
  • Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our FSM and Service Management Platform solutions. Clearly articulate how our offerings can help clients optimize their field service operations, improve service delivery, and drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building and Account Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM system. Continuously assess and manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards revenue targets.

Education :

Bachelors degree / diploma required

Experience :

  • Proven track record of success in solution sales, with a focus on selling Field Service Management and Service Management Platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the field service industry, including common challenges, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
