Machine_ is looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager / Account Director to lead a portfolio of clients, including one of the agency's largest and most important accounts. This role requires strategic client leadership, operational excellence and a strong understanding of publication development and print production.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in account management in an agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong experience managing print publications and long-form content.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and key client relationships.
• Lead client engagements with confidence, professionalism and commercial awareness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive account growth through exceptional service and opportunities.
• Oversee publication development from briefing to final production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and production schedules.
