We are seeking an ambitious Account Director / Executive Producer to join our Brand Partnerships & Activations team.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work with top consumer brands, driving flawless activations from conception to implementation. We are searching for a candidate who comprehends event production nuances, excels in project management, and can lead clients to success.

The ideal individual will seamlessly integrate creativity with operational excellence, ensuring each activation is both innovative and performed to the highest standard.

The Fine Print :
  1. Serve as the experiential team lead across multiple client projects simultaneously
  2. Craft comprehensive budgets from start to finish, understanding client priorities and finding solutions within financial constraints
  3. Adapt quickly to internal processes across legal and finance
  4. Deliver new efficiencies and procedures across operational tools / documents, such as trackers, workback schedules, and event guidelines
  5. Apply a deep understanding of event production, with experience in the music, sports, and entertainment industries being a plus
  6. Take activations from the concept stage through planning, execution, and recapping
  7. Manage hospitality and hosting programs
  8. Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, colleagues, and collaborators
  9. Maintain accountability for quality control and review of all planning decks, deliverables, and overall project management
  10. Serve as a mentor to mid- and junior-level team members, promoting respect and collaboration within the team
The Needs :
  1. 7+ years of relevant experiential experience, with agency experience highly desired
  2. Proven experience in creative ideation, client service, and project management for large, multi-channel brands
  3. Ability to vet, outreach to, and negotiate with a wide variety of vendors
  4. Experience in managing teams on the ground with composure under pressure
  5. Strong connections across the music, sports, and/or entertainment industries
  6. Excellent written and verbal skills, with expertise in crafting compelling decks
  7. Confidence and experience engaging with and presenting to C-suite and senior-level clients
  8. Outstanding judgment in working with team members, clients, and vendors
  9. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of work streams
  10. Ability to travel up to 20% throughout the year for various projects
