Job Summary

Develop tactical strategies and implementation plans, ensuring operational adoption across the practice concerning risk methodology, governance, and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Governance: Implement a risk management framework for infrastructure and cloud environments; align strategies with organizational and regulatory standards; evaluate compliance and policies; collaborate with infrastructure teams; ensure governance standards (ISO, GDPR).
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity; monitor vulnerabilities; provide risk reporting; review security risks to inform the second line of defense.
• Change and Execution Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams; manage change processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with IT, cybersecurity, and architecture teams; communicate effectively with stakeholders; serve as liaison with vendors; maintain data governance and quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 7 years in risk management/risk consulting, preferably in technology environments.
• Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure preferred.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Risk Management, or related field; Master's or certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITIL) highly preferred.
