How You'll Shine:

  1. Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
  2. Conduct in-person sales presentations.
  3. Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  4. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  5. Assist with recruiting, training and managing all sales new hires.
  6. Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Wyndham Sales Experience required.
  2. Proven track record of maintaining production standards.
  3. Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  4. Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
  5. No travel required outside of the home site's area.
  6. High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Compensation: During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $14.81 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
