Job summary

Saunders Financial Management is seeking an experienced self-employed Mortgage Adviser to support its growth. You will work with existing client leads and a broad client bank, while earning on a flexible commission structure and enjoying the benefits of Openwork Partnership support.

The role allows remote working or office space as preferred, with control over your diary and hours. The ideal candidate has at least one year of mortgage advisory experience and a proactive, commercially minded

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's mortgage advisory experience
• Open to advisers from any mortgage sector background
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow their earnings and client bank
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded
• Professional approach to advice, compliance and customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Convert company-generated leads into completed business
• Build long-term relationships with clients and introducers
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking
• Maximise opportunities within the existing client bank
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Ensure all business is conducted in line with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
