Job summary

African Leadership Academy seeks a detail‑oriented reviewer for The Anzisha Program to screen applications and shortlist finalists. You will read and rate hundreds of applications and conduct phone evaluations with semi-finalists.

Working with the Anzisha Growth and Campaigns Manager, you will use ALA processes to capture and present information about applicants during the selection. This role is based at the ALA Campus, Johannesburg, with a potential start in mid‑November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and rating large numbers of applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reading and rating aminimum of 400 applications.
• Phoning and evaluating aminimum of 100 semi-finalist candidates.
• Using ALA processes, tools and systems to capture, share and present information on applicants and finalists during the selection process.
