Your Mission:

We seek a seasoned Segments Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy in targeted market segments. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, cross-functional collaboration, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, deep market insight, and the ability to drive business unit alignment to maximize revenue growth. A structured, disciplined approach to leadership and strategy execution is critical.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in assigned segments.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (hunting), leveraging Schneider Electric’s portfolio to drive customer value.

Team Management & Development

  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs.
  2. Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure business unit saturation (full engagement).
  2. Drive integrated campaigns to penetrate markets and enhance customer solutions.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  1. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  2. Translate insights into actionable plans to maintain competitive advantage.

Pipeline & Relationship Management

  1. Build a robust sales pipeline through structured prospecting and lead generation.
  2. Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Performance Reporting

  1. Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
  2. Ensure CRM data accuracy for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Experience: 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  3. Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in energy management, industrial automation, or IoT.
  4. Skills: Strategic planning, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Strong cross-functional collaboration and conflict-resolution abilities.
  7. Attributes: Disciplined, structured, and results-driven.
  8. Hunter mindset with agility to thrive in complex environments.
