What You'll Do

The Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Manager has global responsibility for developing the segment positioning, integrated marketing strategy, and associated demand generation activities for the Data Centers segment.

This pivotal role will work closely with commercial leaders of the segment, business units, sales, and field marketing organizations to design and develop integrated marketing campaigns that help position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred partner on key power management challenges facing customers.

This role aims to significantly improve customer preference for Eaton and increase demand for strategic products (hardware, software, and services) by delivering tailored and engaging content to support customers and Eaton sellers throughout their buying journey.

The role will leverage regional and local input in developing campaign strategies and work closely with field teams to drive campaign activation and optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Differentiate Eaton with an integrated marketing strategy that builds engagement and trust across relevant geographies.
  2. Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand for strategic offers in the segment.
  3. Create campaign content, audience engagement strategies, and GTM approaches in collaboration with relevant commercial and CoE leaders.
  4. Lead the development of segment message maps and buyer journey maps.
  5. Orchestrate the development and ongoing optimization of campaign journeys based on data.
  6. Support buyers across all stages with relevant content accessible via digital channels and sales support.
  7. Define success metrics and review processes to ensure demand generation and customer engagement objectives are met.
  8. Work closely with field marcom teams to optimize campaigns based on engagement data.
  9. Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials for direct and indirect sellers.

Accountability: Campaigns must support Eaton's strategic growth objectives, following a rigorous planning process centered on buyer needs.

Field marketing collaboration: Essential to involve field marketing at every stage for regional relevance.

Data-informed: Build and optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach.

Agile: Act as Product Owner of a Scrum team, ensuring an agile, customer-centric methodology.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of marketing communications experience.
  • Industry experience in Data Centers.
  • Skills in team leadership, agile/scrum, integrated campaign development, storytelling, and message mapping.
